How to Use

Getting Started:

1. Begin with a clean, dry face.
2. Slide the TheraFace Mask eyeshield into the mask, aligning it with the nose area. The eyeshield is optional, but it reduces strain on your eyes from the light. If not using the eyeshield, keep your eyes closed throughout the treatment. Do not look directly into LED lights during treatment. Mild redness around the eye area is normal and should subside within 5-10 minutes.
3. Place the device on your face and adjust the Velcro straps for a comfortable fit.
4. To activate, long press the LED button (G) to turn on LED light + vibration, or short press the Vibration button (H) for vibration only.
5. Press the buttons to toggle between vibration and LED light therapy modes (Continuous, Breathing, and Wave).

LED Therapy
The TheraFace Mask offers three LED light therapy options: Red, Red + Infrared, and Blue.

• Long press the LED button (G) to turn on LED light and vibration.
• The device will automatically begin with Red Light + Vibration treatment (3 minutes of Red Light, 3 minutes of Red + Infrared, 3 minutes of Blue Light).
• Short press the LED button (G) to toggle between the three LED modes. Each mode lasts 3 minutes.
• Short press the Vibration button (H) to switch between vibration modes.
• To power off, long press the LED button (G).

Vibration Therapy

• Long press the Vibration button (H) to activate vibration therapy.
• The device will start in Continuous mode.
• Short press to switch between three vibration modes: Continuous, Breathing, and Wave.
• Breathing Mode: Syncs with your breathing. Inhale as vibration intensity increases, exhale as it slows.
• Wave Mode: Vibration moves sequentially from face to head.
• Treatment time is 15 minutes.
• To turn off, long press the Vibration button (H).
