At Isloo Tech Usa, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. As an authorized reseller of Golden Design Saunas and Therabody products, we honor the manufacturer warranties for all products purchased through our website. Please review the warranty details below for your specific product.

Golden Design Saunas Warranty

5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase.

Important: All Golden Design saunas are for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Warranty Coverage Details:

Wood Structure: 1-year limited warranty
Heating Elements: 5-year limited warranty from date of purchase
Electronics: 5-year limited warranty from date of purchase
Radio/Audio Components: 1-year limited warranty

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to:

Full commercial use
Negligence, alteration, modification, or misuse
Repairs by non-authorized personnel
Inappropriate installations
Use of lacquer or paints
Placement on non-approved surfaces
Outdoor applications
Normal wear and tear or weathering
Use not in accordance with instructions
Worn out receptacles

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction.

Warranty Registration

To validate your warranty, you must register your sauna within 60 days of purchase. Please complete the warranty registration form on our website and include a copy of your sales receipt showing the date of purchase as proof of purchase.

Therabody Products Warranty

Limited Warranty Periods

Devices: 1-Year Warranty (2-Year Warranty for UK/EMEA)
Attachments and Accessories: 90-Day Warranty

Accessories include charging cables, removable components of the devices, adapters, carrying cases, and charging stands.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors
Products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration, or accidental damage (including contact with liquid)
Products used for purposes other than those for which they were designed
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken plastic on ports) unless failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
Defects caused by normal wear and tear or aging of the product
Damage from failure to follow product instructions or improper maintenance
Products sold "AS IS" or consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Products with removed or defaced serial numbers

Certified Refurbished Products

Therabody Certified Refurbished products come with a 1-Year warranty from the delivery date. Please note that these products may show minor signs of use affecting cosmetic appearance and may not come in original packaging.

General Warranty Terms

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
For both product lines, warranty service must be authorized and performed by the respective manufacturer or a service provider expressly authorized by them.
All warranty returns must include a completed Return Authorization Form, which will be provided during the claims process.
If a product is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will continue from the date of purchase of the original product, not from the date of replacement.
Neither Isloo Tech Usa nor the manufacturers are responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions related to product use.
