- What shipping carriers do you use?

- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Our delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided once your order is shipped. You may track it after 24 hours of shipment on Track your Order page.
- What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
- Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can manually enter the tracking number on the carrier's website for real-time updates on your shipment.
- What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
- The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, you are responsible for picking up the parcel from the nearest courier office.
- Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
- No, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process.
- How do I return an item?
- Email us at support@islootechusa.com with a return request within 30 days of delivery.
- Can I return used products?
- Used products are not returnable.
