  5. What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
    • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can manually enter the tracking number on the carrier's website for real-time updates on your shipment.
  6. What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
    • The courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, you are responsible for picking up the parcel from the nearest courier office.
  7. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
    • No, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process.
