• Contrast Therapy (20 minutes treatment duration):
• Alternates between cold (46°F / 8°C) and hot (109°F / 43°C) every 5 minutes, promoting circulation and recovery.

How to Use:

• Cold Therapy: Activate the cold therapy mode and cycle through the available cold temperatures (46°F to 61°F).
• Heat Therapy: Activate the heat therapy mode and adjust the temperature between 95°F to 109°F.
• Contrast Therapy: Start contrast therapy by activating both cold and hot modes simultaneously, alternating between the two.

Application Methods:

• Use the device handheld by gripping the sides.
• Attach the device to the body using the straps for hands-free treatment.
