5-Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc., under the Dynamic brand name, provides a limited warranty that covers the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics for defects in material and workmanship for 1 to 5 years from the original purchase date. This sauna is for indoor use only. Using it outdoors will void the warranty. Any damage from rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperatures is not covered. Modifying the sauna or its components will also void the warranty.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to Dynamic saunas made or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. and installed in the continental U.S. or Canada. It covers only the original purchaser and at the original installation site. The warranty starts on the purchase date and ends after the stated time period, or if the product is moved, sold, or transferred. You must show a sales receipt for proof of purchase. The warranty cannot be transferred.

Appliance Warranty

All Golden Designs, Inc. products use quality components and are guaranteed to be defect-free at the time of delivery. Appliance parts (such as stereos or CD/DVD players) are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Replaced or exchanged parts become the property of Golden Designs, Inc., which may use alternate manufacturers to fulfill the warranty. To get warranty service, you must return the faulty part to Golden Designs, Inc. and pay for shipping, taxes, and insurance. Proof of purchase is required. If any proof is altered or missing, or the serial number is removed or damaged, the warranty will be void. This warranty covers parts only — labor is not included.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by misuse, modification, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, or outdoor use. The following are also not covered: use of paint or lacquer, use on non-approved surfaces, outdoor use, normal wear and tear, using the product against instructions, or electrical outlet issues. Minor surface cracks are normal in wood products and are not considered defects. This is due to natural wood expanding and contracting in heat and humidity.

Residential vs Commercial Use

Residential use: 5 years on heating elements and electronics
Commercial use: 1 year on heating elements and electronics
Wood structure: 1 year limited warranty for both residential and commercial use.
